ソフトクローズのお知らせ（Soft-close notice）

　2月に追加募集枠を50億円として再オープンを決定したばかりではございますが、投資および投資見込みとなっている総額が追加募集枠を超過する状況となっておりますため、すでにお申し出いただいている案件を除いて、3月より再びソフトクローズとさせていただくことを決定いたしました。

　今回のソフトクローズ期間中にライセンスのアップグレード・プロセスに入らせていただき、それが完了次第、パフォーマンスおよびキャパシティなどを検証したうえで、次の再オープンについての判断をさせていただきます。その時期は4ヶ月～半年程度先になると考えております。ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

We have achieved and exceeded our initial goal of additional JPY 5bln after reopening in February. Therefore, we have decided to soft-close the fund again in the March.

During the soft-close, we will begin the process of upgrading our license. Upon completion, based on the performance and capacity, we will consider re-opening our fund. The whole process is estimated to take about 4 to 6 months. We seek your kind understanding in this matter.
